Britney Spears has been named the World’s Worse Celebrity Dog Owner. The pop star who owns three Chihuahuas was ‘named and shamed’ by an online survey by the New York Dog and Hollywood Dog magazines. It is claimed Ms Spears has given her dogs away since having children.

Meanwhile, in the same survey, Oprah Winfrey was named as the World’s Best Celebrity Dog Owner. The talk show host, who has five dogs, reportedly has a nanny for each of them.
