Dave Sharples will be well known to those who have visited the Our Dogs stand at the championship shows during the last 12 months. He and his wife, Nikki, breed & show Soft-coated Wheaten Terriers so have an interest in the show scene.

Dave has a very successful and extensive business background and we are delighted to welcome him to Our Dogs as our new Director of Sales and Marketing. His main role will be to capitalise on the paper’s increasing circulation by:

Raising the profile of the ‘Leading Dog Paper’ both in print and on line

Developing our product range

Creating new advertising and sponsorship opportunities for all companies whose main activity is within the specialist worlds of dogs and cats.

Managing the logistics and responsibility of our stand on the show scene in support of our very popular, lovely Gill Breen who of course retains her primary role as stand manager and looks forward to Dave’s input.

Some exciting new initiatives are in the pipeline and Dave will be playing a lead role in their development.
