Pedigree Stakes Finals 2005 - Photo Special 2


Overall winner of the Champion Stakes was the Giant Schnauzer, Mr and Mrs K Cullen’s Ch Jafrak Philippe Olivier. Philip was bred by Mr and Mrs J Krall, and is almost four-years-old. He qualified at Three Counties under Steve Hall. The overall winner of the Junior Handler of the Year was Hannah Rose, who came from the 12-16 years category. Her handling, first of a Dobermann (pictured) and later a Toy Poodle, took her to the top spot. She is pictured here with Jane Bingham, Pedigree Special Event Manager, Neil Thompson and judge, Liz Dunhill.

Second place in the Junior finals was awarded to Danielle Jones (from the 12-16 class) who firstly handled a black Groenendael BSD, then came back to handle a Wire Fox Terrier.

Champion Stakes top three! The Giant Schnauzer, Mr and Mrs K Cullen’s Ch Jafrak Philippe Olivier; 2nd the Mrs Sandiford (far left), Crummey and Lewis’ Gordon Setter, (her dam was also in the veteran stakes) Sh Ch Hernwood California Girl and 3rd awarded the Tibetan Terrier, Shaw and Smith’s Ch Araki Fabulous Willy.

5th place was awarded to Kiri Hurst (from the 6-11 class) who handled an American Cocker Spaniel, then a Dalmatian

Liz Dunhill awarded 3rd place to Emily Thornton (from the 12-16 class) who handled a Beagle, then came back to handle an Irish Setter.

Fourth place in the Junior Stakes finals went to Stephanie Lansdell (from the 12-16 class) who handled a Toy Poodle, then changed to handle a German SH Pointer.

Fourth place in the Champion Stakes went to the Beagle, , Mrs C Lewis’ homebred Ch Fallowfield Delilah, who qualified at Midland Counties 2005 under Frank Kane.
