A TEENAGER has been charged with outraging public decency in connection with the death of a dog.
The Yorkshire Terrier, Emmie, was thought to have had fireworks tied to its body by the 19-year-oldbefore being found near its home in Huddersfield on 27 October.
A post mortem examination later showed the dog's fatal injuries had been caused in a road accident.
A 16-year-old boy, who was also arrested and bailed following the dog's death, has been reprimanded for outraging public decency.
