POLICE IN Watford are seeking help in tracking down a dognapper who tried to steal a Shih Tzu as it was being walked by its owner.

The woman was thrown to the ground in the incident whilst the man attempted to remove the dog from the lead. The incident comes after two cases in Hemel Hempstead in recent weeks in which two Jack Russells went missing. The man is described as white, in his mid 20s, tall and lanky, with cropped dark hair and pasty skin.
