Homes needed

CAPRICORN Animal Rescue Centre in Padeswood, North Wales is appealing for local people to offer loving homes for two dogs.

Homes are needed for Phoebe, a seven-year-old West Highland Terrier and Oz, an 11-week-old Tibetan Terrier.
