THE BODIES of two Staffordshire Bull Terriers have been found inside bin bags on a car park in Rochdale, Lancashire.

A passer-by found the dogs, one male and one female, dumped off High Street in the area. The male was in two bin bags and showed no signs of injury. The female was in a separate bag and was bleeding from the nose, ears and mouth.

Neither had a collar or microchip.
