Tennis ace dog bite

Tennis ace Bjorn Borg had to pull out of a tournament after being bitten by his dog. Borg missed the 2007 TFS-ICAP Liverpoool International Tennis Tournament after suffering the injury at his home in Sweden.

His Golden Retriever, Lipton, was attacked by a German Shepherd belonging to friends during a barbecue at his home in Sweden. As Borg tried to separate the dogs, he was badly bitten on his right leg.

Richard Krajicek stood in for Borg, in the legends doubles match against Pat Cash on Wednesday, June 13.
