Guide Dogs' Gala Day

HUNDREDS of dogs will bring puppy love to the Midlands, during Guide Dogs' Summer Gala at Moreton Morrell - Warwickshire College - on Saturday, 7 July 2007 (11am - 6pm).

This year's event will also feature Art for All - a gallery where exhibits can be touched, making them accessible to everyone, visually impaired and sighted alike.

Other attractions will include

• Dog displays, including Guide Dogs, Hearing Dogs, Dogs for the Disabled, RAF Police Dogs and Search & Rescue

•Celebratory appearances, including former Blue Peter presenter Peter Purves

• Falconry

• Trade stands

• Food and refreshments

•Musi

• Face painting, treasure hunt and other children's entertainment

• Planned fly past by a plane from the Battle of Britain collection.

There will be free entry and car parking in Warwickshire College grounds. A shuttle bus will also be provided from Leamington Spa railway station (11am-2pm, with later return services back to the station).
