In Fred Gadd's otherwise excellent report on three Counties he has credited my Ch Towmena Impudent Miss (above) as the breed record holder - when she is in fact the Chow BITCH record holder with 40 CCs. She took the 50 year old record in 1989 from one of the late Percy Whitaker’s Amwell charges.

The overall Chow record is still maintained by Joan Egerton’s well known Ch Ukwong King Solomon.
