Police have appealed for the help of dog owners after 14 sheep were killed in Aberdeenshire. The deaths have happened in the Oldwhat area of New Deer since 25 March.
Grampian Police said it was suspected that the killings - which seem to take place during the night - are related to the same animal, probably a dog.
Officers are urging all dog owners to take steps to ensure that their pets are kept under control and have no opportunity to run uncontrolled.
