Dogs Trust West London Rehoming Centre are busy planning an huge summer event on Sunday 24th June, from 11am – 4pm, and are urgently looking for helpful volunteers for the day.
A wide variety of stalls are planned to suit all tastes, including: an all day fun dog show with celebrity judge Clive Anderson, children's activity corner with special guest CBeebies presenter Sarah Jane Honeywell, a doggy deli selling doggy cookies and cakes; craft stalls; swing jazz band, pet a farmyard animal, vintage transport display, funfair rides, a raffle and tombola, with many prizes generously donated by Dogs Trust supporters, is also likely to be a popular attraction, as well as an array of refreshments and much more!
The centre is looking for volunteers who are able to commit themselves for the day and help out on a number of the stalls.
All money raised from the fayre will go towards helping Dogs Trust continue their vital work, caring for hundreds of stray and abandoned dogs that come into the charity’s Rehoming Centre at Harefield, near Uxbridge.
