The Young Kennel Club (YKC) has seen an excellent increase in membership over the past twelve months and the current paid up membership stands at over 3,800. The Cinnamon Trust has received substantial support from YKC members who have participated in its volunteer dog-walking scheme. Several members are now regular walkers for old and infirm dog owners, and the Cinnamon Trust Award Shield was presented at Crufts 2007 to the young volunteer of the year, Evie Lambeth.
