Stuart Mallard 'at home'

Hungarian PuliIt is hard to believe that another year has flashed past and the eleventh annual ‘at home’ exhibition of Stuart Mallard’s work will be held very soon by well known artist and judge’s home in Creswell, Notts.

As usual a goodly number of originals will be displayed plus a growing number of prints – for many this has become a regular date to see which new subjects he has tackled recently and this year should certainly not be a disappointment to them. If you have one of those partners who does not enjoy doggy functions this is an ideal opportunity to indulge yourself whilst also keeping them occupied!

English SettersThe exhibition is open to the public for just two days – Sunday 18th & Monday 19th November 2007 from 11am until 5pm although I suspect if you just can’t fit in those dates a quick call soon afterwards will probably get you a private viewing. The venue: "Manna House", 8 Mansfield Road, Creswell, near Worksop S80 4AA which is close to the M1 & A1 and on the A616.

Amongst the originals on show will be this recent study of English Setters (right) and this delightful Hungarian Puli (above) enjoying an Agility exercise. Rodney Oldham who runs Simply Fine Art informs us that small editions of just 50 prints of each have also been made and are available at the exhibition or by mail order realistically priced at just £85 each plus p&p, telephone enquiries to 01909-722141.
