Dogs’ new role

The British sniffer dogs that unearthed vital evidence in the Madeleine McCann case have left the police to become worldwide crimebusters.

Springers Spaniels Keela and Eddie apparently ‘smelled death’ in the McCanns’ holiday apartment and hire car.

Their handler Martin Grime has now left South Yorkshire Police to work freelance. He will use his expertise all over the world and the dogs will travel with him.
