Mr Fowley needs your help
A 17-month-old Leonberger, Mr Fowley, aka Benellieson Fruitful Flick, has been working hard for his next challenge in his bid to raise money for local charities.
His aim is to raise money for a new children's hospice in Cornwall, with the help of his owner, Mrs Jenny Blackhall and her granddaughter. He is normally seen around the local town, pulling a cart! All that owner Jenny asks, is for people to put a kind donation into the cart and Mr Fowley will kindly give you a paw!
One of his next tasks is to pull a double decker bus for the Dave Sheds Charity; this will be on May 24th on Plymouth Hoe. Owner Jenny writes 'we are looking for ten strong men to help him pull the bus, so if anyone is local, or thinks they have what it takes for the challenge, then please come along and help!'
This Friday Mr Fowley will be wearing wellies to help raise money for the Children's Hospice, then on the 14th June he will be involved in the Big South West Walk, with many other supporters, walking as far as Poole, from Bodmin!
Please contact Mr Fowley's secretary & owner, Mrs Jenny Blackhall on 01208 76231.
