Obituary - Mrs Audrey Woodiwiss (Duroya)

I am extremely sad to record the death of Audrey Woodiwiss aged 97 on Friday 25th January 2008. Audrey was involved with OES and later Keeshond in the 50s and 60s.

A much respected championship show judge of both breeds, including Crufts, her Duroya affix had a big impact in both breeds, her most famous bobtail in the UK was Ch Boss of Duroya made up in 1966.

She exported to America Am Ch Baroness of Duroya. Baroness produced the famous Rivermist litter, out of her litter of 11 pups nine became champions. Audrey was one time secretary of the North Western OES club in the 50s. Our thoughts and best wishes go to her friends in both breeds.
