Lifting new fighting craze

A NEW style of dog fighting called ‘lifting’ has been been revealed in the UK, amidst fears that irresponsible dog ownership is worse now that ever.

‘Lifting', in which dogs or a dog and a cat are sent down in a high-rise lift in the hope that they will savage each other while being filmed on a mobile phone, has alledgedly been on the increase, particularly where the dogs’ owners feel a fight would draw too much attention.

The behaviour also includes damage to trees, which owners use to build their dogs' muscle and jaw strength, owners encourage them to strip off bark or to hang suspended from branches.
