Beaming with pride over Natasha

Proud breeder Violet Slade of Potterspride Russian Black Terrier fame was delighted when she received a long service award for her Russian Black Terrier - Natasha’s work as a Pets as Therapy dog. The award and certificate was received from Dr Mary Archer, chairman of Addenbrooke’s board of directors.

Natasha’s grandmother Nina was the UK’s first Russian Black PAT Dog, who started work back in 2000. Mrs Slade said. “Russian Blacks have a wonderful temperament for this kind of work, they can be so gentle.”
