The Scottish Professional Groomers Association held their 2008 show in Lanark on 8 June 2008. Seven well supported classes were judged by Daniella Vereeken, Belgium, and Melanie Harwood, England.

Best in Show was won by Peter Ensell with a Kerry blue from the Show class. Reserve Best in Show went to Heidi Anderton from the Poodle class. The Association were grateful for the support of the sponsors and the many spectators who turned up throughout the day.

Alongside the competition, were a number of seminars to assist the development of grooming professionals. The Best in Show prize of £500 was sponsored by Technogroom.
