Support from Tibetan Mastiffs
Juliette Cunliffe writes: ‘News has come in from Kaire Meristo in Estonia that March 26th was a day dedicated to gathering support for Tibet. At the end of the support meeting a huge daisy chain was made and placed at the entrance to the Chinese Embassy.
‘Of interest to dog lovers was the fact that Tibetan Mastiffs played their part too. Here, a couple of them are pictured underneath a banner saying “Tibetan Mastiffs Want to Guard a Free Tibetan Home”.
‘Since then, three Tibetan monks have begun making a sand mandala in Estonia’s Occupations Museum. It is dedicated to Bodhisattva Avalokiteshvara, the embodiment of love and compassion.’
