Livingston Open Show

Can Scottish Exhibitors please note that the entry date for the forthcoming Livingston Open Show has been extended by a week and now closes on 8th December 2008. Secretary May Fraser also reminds exhibitors that due to building work on the new swimming pool at the Sports Centre in Bathgate that parking space has been cut substantially.

After the remaining spaces are filled parking will be up the driveways and also permitted on the roadside only but only on one side so as not to impede the traffic.

This has also been approved by the local police.

There will be stewards to help with parking so please be kind to them.

Work is estimated to be in progress for about eighteen months but there are plans to create a temporary car park with a layer of hard core on one of the grass areas in the next few months.
