Can you help Vulnerable Breeds?
Are you passionate about saving our native vulnerable breeds? Do you have spare time on your hands? Do you have organisational skills? Are you good with people?
If so we need you! We are looking for Area Representatives across the UK to work on a voluntary basis helping to promote the endangered native breeds. As the title suggests each rep would cover their own area and co-ordinate the volunteers within that area. They would be willing to organise, and administer our attendance at local shows; country fairs etc and keep a database of willing volunteers who could be called upon to help at these and possibly other events.
All of the necessary literature, booklets and newsletters etc will of course be provided. Although these positions are purely voluntary we do require people with a professional attitude and willing to work for the benefit of our vulnerable native breeds. In return you would be helping these breeds and making a lot of new friends in the process. You would have the full support, help and guidance of the Trustees and regular meetings with them would provide a forum for discussion of ideas and achievements. Your main point of contact would be the Secretary Sue Breeze.
If you think being an Area Rep is too daunting could you perhaps offer your services as a local volunteer?
If you are interested please contact Sue Breeze email email@example.com Tel 01283 761941.
