Welcome to the team, Natalie!

Natalie Lenton

OUR DOGS are pleased to announce that Natalie Lenton from the Canine Massage Therapy Centre will be joining our team of experts to bring you a monthly column on ‘Natural Health Care For Your Dog’.

Starting next week Natalie will be exploring the world of natural therapies to help you decide which treatments can benefit your dog alongside conventional veterinary care, giving you all the information you need to make a well informed, personal decision on the types of treatments available that can benefit your dog. From Massage to Mctimoney Manipulation right through to Homeopathy and Hydrotherapy she will be explaining how these therapies work, the science behind them and how you can assess whether you think your dog would benefit from the many proven methods of natural healthcare available today.

Natalie is a professional Canine Masseuse and runs the well established Canine Massage Therapy Centre and a busy Clinic based in Kidderminster, Worcestershire, which specialises in treating dogs with musco-skeletal and mobility issues as well as those recovering from injury, surgery and dogs coping with long term pathologies such as osteoarthritis. She also treats some of the country’s top show dogs and top flight agility dogs, racing Greyhounds as well as many, many pets dogs. Alongside treating dogs and advising owners, Natalie runs regular Canine Massage Workshops which teach owners how to use professional massage techniques to benefit their own dogs at home.

She says: ‘My passion is natural healthcare for dogs and I’m really excited about the new column which is intended to dispel some of the myths and highlight the truths behind these often misunderstood therapies. I will be explaining the science behind the therapies to enable owners across the UK to make well informed decisions about natural methods of healthcare for their dogs.’

The Canine Massage Therapy Centre has already enjoyed a lot of media coverage in both national and international press including Crufts Highlights 2008, BBC News, local and national press and radio and the Chris Moyles Show on Radio 1.

Natalie lives in Worcestershire with her partner Ian and their two dogs: Pip, a 4-year-old Jack Russell and Bob, a 2-year-old Dogue De Bordeaux (pictured with Natalie above) . Having travelled across the USA and Australia her hobbies include fine food and even finer wine, Scuba Diving and of course dogs, dogs and more dogs!
