The next Show
Management seminar will be held at the Kennel Club’s offices in London on Wednesday 9th September, and will be an
invaluable opportunity to learn for anybody wishing to make their show run as smoothly and effectively as possible.
The aim of the seminar is to
promote Kennel Club Best Practice in ‘Organising and Planning a Dog Show’, covering all aspects of administration, planning, health and safety, and venue selection.
The seminar will also provide an excellent opportunity for delegates to learn from each other’s experiences and will take a workshop approach. Guest speakers include Crufts Chairman and former Chief Steward, Gerald King, and Annette Oliver-Wyles, both experienced organisers of large and small shows.
The day will be useful for
anybody involved with the planning and organisation of a show and those who are interested in
attending should contact Dean Allen by 21st August. The cost of
attending is £35.
