Stolen dog found after three years!

LAST WEEK, the Murphy family from Dudley, West Midlands celebrated the return of their stolen dog Saxon who disappeared three years ago.

Steve Murphy contacted local lost and found organisation K9 Search UK two weeks ago after his other Staffordshire Bull Terrier Levi wandered off from the family home. Shortly after, K9 Search UK contacted the Murphy family with a possible match for missing Levi. Upon arriving at the kennels, they were shocked to see that this dog was not Levi but Saxon!

K9 Search UK is a non profit making organisation, based in Great Barr, Birmingham. Jennie Dhanjal said: ‘We are absolutely amazed that we have been able to reunite Saxon with his owners. However, we are still looking for the family’s recent missing dog, Levi.

‘He is a Staffordshire Bull Terrier, male, black with white markings on chest, greying around the muzzle. If anyone has any information on his whereabouts please contact us in confidence on 07988 433187 or log on to

K9 Search UK would like to remind owners of the importance of permanent identification for pets by either microchipping or tattooing.
