A MAN who has just months to live is suffering further heartache following the theft from his home of a French Bulldog and a Bulldog has made an emotional plea to have the dogs returned to him before he loses his battle with cancer.
The dogs’ owner had been given given the news that his pancreatic cancer was terminal just days before the disappearance of the dogs, which has left the whole family trying to come to turns with two devastating events in as many weeks.
The first is a French Bulldog bitch, she is 18 months old, all brindle with a white chest, with white tips and toes. She is undergoing medical treatment at the moment. Her KC papers are still with the owners and she is microchipped.
The second dog taken is a male Bulldog puppy of 12 weeks, all white with tan markings. His leg was in plaster when he was taken.
The owner told OUR DOGS: ‘I have pancreatic cancer and i could die any day, they broke my heart and my kids are so upset. they broke in and took both dogs, I just want my babies back, it’s the not knowing were they are, they could be anywhere.
‘They are both chipped and the french bulldog bitch is spayed and i have the papers, so she worth nothing to anyone. i just want them back before i die, me and my family don’t need this heartache, we have had enough bad luck.’
The dogs were stolen from their home in the Leigh area of Manchester, and could be in the North West or even further afield.
