Rottweiler ambassador dies

Ch Fantasa Ginger Bread Man (Alfie)It is with great sadness we report that Liz Dunhill and family have lost one of the great ambassadors, Ch Fantasa Ginger Bread Man (Alfie), aged 11 and a half years old.

Alfie was bred and owned by Liz. He was made up into a UK Champion in three straight shows, making him the quickest UK Champion to date, and overall winner of 18 CCs, Best of Breed at Crufts and a Reserve Best in Show winner all breeds Championship show. He was also the top Rottweiler in breed for 2002 and 2003.

Alfie was a kind natured male, who always helped share the babysitting duties at home, including a litter of Shiba Inu puppies over the Christmas period one year!

A very much loved friend of Liz and her family, who are missing him very much. He leaves behind a legacy of children, grandchildren and great grandchildren, most already UK Champions.
