AS WE go to press, OUR DOGS has learned that Dr Roger Mugford appeared in court on Tuesday to appeal against a destruction order placed on a Stafford he saw in July, only to discover that the police had already had the dog destroyed!

The appeal was lodged at the lower court when the destruction order was made in July and the dog was allegedly put the dog to sleep two weeks later but never said anything.
