Southern Counties Bearded Collie Club held its championship show held on 7 February. the dog judge was Mrs Glenda O'Connell and bitches, Miss Paula Brooks. Dog CC went to Fox & Farrier's Ch. Bushblades Transaction JW and Bitch CC & BOB to Jemmett's Westbere Whisper JW ShCM

SOUTH EAST Corgi Association held its show on February 6. Best in show was the Cardigan, Ch Blondie’s Read My Lips for Bymil; Reserve Best in Show the Pembroke Oregonian Lady Penelope; Best Puppy the Pembroke One Moment in Time at Shallianne; Reserve Best Puppy the Cardigan Joseter Sebasco for Liebehund and Best Veteran the Pembroke Foxfire Red Ruffian at Pemland.

The Northumbria Poodle Club held its championship show on February 7. The judge for Miniatures was Mrs C Lawton - Anderson (Brenard) and her Dog CC, BOB & RBIS was Clark and Higgins.
Glayvar Got Wot It Takes, with Bitch CC Miss J Kitcheners. Michandy Just The One J.W. Standard judge was Mrs M Roberts (Beguinette), whose Dog CC, BOB & BIS was Scott/Burke’s UK & AM Ch Afterglow Sugar Daddy and Bitch CC Lynne Campbells Papushkas Fashionably Late. Finally, Toys (no ccs) were judged by Ms L Nickson(Lynshire)

Best Dog was Mrs M DuPlessis Schpindel' Its No Mystery I'm Romar (Nor Imp) and Best Bitch & BOB Ms J Webb’s Amberiffic Eliza J.W. Sh Cm
