Obituary - Eunice Forster

HER MANY friends in ‘dogdom’ will be saddened by the death of Mrs Eunice Forster. She had reached the grand old age of 98 years and had been associated with dogs all her life, well known for her Cheusen Chows before the war and later Jolihem Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

A founder member of Ashfield Canine Society in the 30’s she later became president. She was also a founder member of The Potteries Staffordshire Bull Terrier Club and a Life Member of the Midlands & Northern Rhodesian Ridgeback Club.

As President she was still an active member of the Ashfield Club and until recent years, supervised at most of the local shows in the area with the catering. Her knowledge of all breeds was fantastic and I will miss her very much.
