UNLUCKIEST DOG COMPETITION

For the second year, leading pet insurer MORE TH>N and Our Dogs newspaper are joining forces to find the country's unluckiest dog.

All dog owners have to do is to fill in this brief questionnaire below, for the chance to win one of three MORE TH>N pet insurance polices for 1 year.

Two runners up will receive a doggy goody bag.

Closing date for entries is Monday 26 April, 2004.

The winners will be notified within seven days of the closing date and the results
will be published on the Our Dogs website and in the newspaper.

1. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over excluding employees of Royal & Sun Alliance and their families or employees of Our Dogs Publishing and their families.  2. The draw will be made within seven days of the closing date and the winner(s) will be notified by telephone or email within seven days thereafter.  8. Winners may be required to participate in any after event publicity and hereby consent to the use of their names, locations and photographs.  9. All entrants agree to be bound by the rules and terms of this prize draw.  10.
