YORK, NY - The American Kennel Club and The Iams Company today
announced that the Discovery Channel has added to its February
schedule the 2002 AKC/Eukanuba National Invitational Championship.
Joining Animal Planet - which aired this event in 2001 as well
as the premier broadcast of the 2002 show on January 25th -
Discovery Channel will air the show on February 2, 2003 at 10:00
a.m.
The
AKC/Eukanuba National Invitational Championship will feature
intense competition as more than 1,500 top canines from across
the country compete for $225,000 in cash prizes and the coveted
title of National Invitational Champion. The Invitational
is the largest prize money dog show in the world.

pleased that Discovery Channel has chosen to air the 2002
AKC/Eukanuba National Invitational Championship," said
