We have also developed our coverage of events above and beyond the world of show dogs and through our popular ‘Off the Lead’ column recognise the many activities you can enjoy with your dog.

We feel sure that you, as a reader, will also have recognised the massive improvements we have made to the paper in recent years and you have our assurance that not only will these be maintained but we will continue to expand coverage wherever possible to keep OUR DOGS ahead of all competitors. Naturally increased coverage means larger issues which results in higher printing costs and it is for this reason alone that as from next week’s issue of 5th September we are increasing the cover price to £1.80. We also feel sure that you will consider this a small price to pay for a better, more up to date paper.

Of course the best value way of getting OUR DOGS each week is on subscription. Until 30th September we are holding the rate for a 12 months subscription at only £90.00, including the Annual. From 1st October onwards the price will increase to £95.00 so why not take out a new subscription now, or extend an existing one, and avoid the price rise.
