Reward for murder victim’s dog

A dog belonging to a murder victim has gone missing, a year after being given a new home.
Terry Rogers died in December 2003 after being found with stab wounds in Cheltenham.

Mr Rogers' nine-year-old dog, Pixley, was sent to an animal shelter after his death. He was adopted by David Heat and Nicky McDougal.

David, 31, said: "When we started looking for a dog we felt sorry for this one.

"We've had him since July last year. He's been great and has really flourished. He's friendly, but a bit scared of other dogs because he's been in fights in the past."

Sadly, Pixley has now disappeared from his new home in Up Hatherley. His new owners are offering a £250 reward.
