Staff at Dogs Trust Salisbury Rehoming Centre are appealing for a loving new home for a gorgeous five-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Juliet. Juliet has been at the Centre for a couple of months and while she receives lots of attention from visitors she is struggling to find a new home.
Juliet is a truly delightful dog; she is very affectionate, bubbly and easy-going and loves plenty of cuddles and attention. A chronic back injury means that while Juliet can enjoy short walks unassisted, for longer jaunts she straps into a wheeled trolley which makes walking less of a strain. Her wheels give Juliet the freedom to be as playful and exuberant as she likes. Her injury doesn’t cause Juliet any pain or stop her zest for life; in fact she is one of the happiest dogs you could meet.
While Juliet does not have to take any medication for her condition, Dogs Trust have included Juliet onto its foster scheme, which means that any new owner would have to pay for any preventative veterinary treatment and pay the first five pounds of any additional treatment, but Dogs Trust would continue to pay for the remainder of the cost of veterinary care.
Juliet is looking for a loving home without young children and ideally where she will be the only pet of the family.
