CLA Game Fair will celebrate in style

The World’s greatest country sport exhibition returns to England’s greatest World Heritage site to celebrate its 50th anniversary.

The World’s original, biggest and greatest country sports exhibition, The CLA Game Fair will be held at the renowned World Heritage Site, Blenheim Palace, Oxfordshire, on Friday 25th – Sunday 27th July, 2008.

Celebrating its 50th anniversary, The CLA Game Fair, held in association with The Daily Telegraph, will mount the most exciting event since the show first started in 1958 when the CLA (Country Land and Business Association) agreed to finance the idea of a show to promote country sports.

Over the years an ever growing number of game fairs and country fairs are held throughout England and Wales but The CLA Game Fair remains the leading event and grandfather of them all.
Following the sudden and unavoidable cancellation of The Game Fair last summer and in celebration of the 50th anniversary the organisers are promising an event not to be missed.

There will be new events for visitors to participate in and new features to enjoy. Faithful Game Fair visitors will see faces and features from the past which will include a welcome back to Jemima Parry Jones and Katy Cropper in the main arena, and a much enjoyed and long time absent feature from the show ‘Pugs and Drummers’.

The CLA Game Fair have a new website (www.gamefair.co.uk) designed by Dupree Creative where visitors will find out all the up to date information on the show.
