The well known Bullmastiff, Multi Ch Joybull Limited Edition belonging to Chris and Jayne Roberts, has died.
Poppy died on New Year's Eve. Chris said: 'our beautiful girl left us very suddenly on New Year's Eve. Poppy was so special, we believe a one off. She was loved by everyone who met her. She enjoyed life at home, she had her own place on the couch. As a family she had been through so much with us and kept us focused throughout the ups and downs. As a show girl we can only say she was a legend and we hope everyone who met her would agree.'
Poppy won  her first RCC at seven months and her first CC at 11 months, gaining her title at 13 months. She was the first dog to win the World Cup in Budapest 2010 at just 15 months old. She then went on to win multiple CCs.
Whilst Robert's father and Jayne's mother were ill she was cared for by Francesca Pavesi and Fabrizio Manni and his family. With the she gained over 30 CACIB's and multiple champion titles. On her return she carried on her winning ways and after a break she returned to the ring at the age of five to win Best Bitch at crufts.
As a veteran she won the Bullmastiff of the year Veteran Winners title, the Amsterdam Winners title and only weeks ago Best Veteran In Show at the Bullmastiff Association's anniversary championship show.
Robert said: 'We feel blessed to had bred this wonderful girl and thank everyone who supported us on our journey. The applause she received when she was in the ring made us so proud. We are heartbroken with our sudden loss. We love you Pops. Sleep tight.'
